Refund and Returns Policy

Return costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@shivawellbeing.nl and include clear photos.

After reviewing your report, we will provide a suitable solution. If a return is necessary due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, reasonable return costs will be reimbursed or compensated by us.

Return costs for revocation or if you are not satisfied

When you exercise your legal right of withdrawal or return a product because it does not meet your expectations, the cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.

Returns are processed through our return depot in the Netherlands. You will receive the exact return instructions and the correct return address only after prior notification of your return request via info@shivawellbeing.nl.
